Lee, we certainly take these matters seriously. You are correct in specifying that Yellowfin Logistics acts as a broker coordinating with independent Carriers and that we do not manage the drivers directly. Despite you notifying us of the damage, at no point were we engaged to assist with filing a damage claim. We always encourage customers to promptly notify us if they wish to pursue such claims so that we can initiate the appropriate processes. Although we do screen and vet all Carriers carefully through all official platforms, once the vehicle is in their custody we rely on them to perform the delivery professionally — something entirely out of our direct control. Although you have never supplied us with any details about the incident, until this moment in time, we certainly wish to express our regret at the inconvenience you’ve experienced since and, as always, want to remind you that we remain available should you decide to pursue a formal claim or need further assistance.
