This is a most dishonest review. You were refunded the same day you cancelled the order. The Carrier was delayed (an event completely outside of our control) and they informed you that they would arrive a few hours late. You decided to cancel the shipment and, while a refund wasn’t justified under our terms, we issued one as a courtesy due to your specific situation. We stand by our integrity and the fair resolution provided.
