The car transporter was very helpful and willing to be flexible to accommodate my schedule. Even though my car was picked up a day earlier than expected, the car was delivered a couple days earlier than scheduled, which turned out to be right on time for me. The transporter was always reachable by phone.
Elizabeth was the one I corresponded with to set up everything and she was also very helpful with answering questions and addressing concerns I had. She was more than happy to explain things thoroughly to me since it was my first time shipping my car. Plus, having it shipped from CA to OH made me further nervous about how it would do being transported so far when I'm not around. But Elizabeth assured me everything would be fine.
The transport took about 10 days and we were able to rendez-vous with the transporter early Saturday morning to pick up the car and make the second payment. I think the first payment can be made online with credit card but for the second payment, they only accept cash, traveler’s check, money orders, or any other kind of verifiable funds, which was kind of a pain, but understandable.
