I used the Car-Transporter to transport my daughter's car to Ohio as she is moving there for college. We did not have a delivery address at the time we placed the order because we planned to be there when the car arrives and would use the car to look for the apartment. Timing was important because we would fly to Ohio a day before the car was expected to be delivered. The car was picked up on time from our CA residence. We called Car-Transporter and notified them of the hotel we would be staying and requested that the car be delivered there. We arrived at Columbus Ohio late at night, and sure enough the truck driver was there at the hotel in the morning with the car. The car was in good condition with everything left in it. We actually stayed in an airport hotel inside the airport and the long carrier could not enter and park, so the driver parked somewhere else and drove the car over. Excellent and reliable service !
