Unreliable

After being told by Silvia that I was on the A.S.A.P. list and that I would get a call within the next 7 days ("could be tomorrow, could be next week") and the car had to be ready for pick up at any time, I waited. I waited for 6 days and called again to check on scheduling and was rather abruptly told that they still had another day. By the end of the next day, my husband called and was told that they didn't have my car scheduled for pick up for another 4 weeks! The superviser, Bob, said "nothing he could do about it now", he'd give me a call next week to see if they could transport my auto any sooner. I just so tired of working with people in the service industry that act like they're doing you a favor to take your money. After the incompetence and horrible customer service I was afraid to go any further with this company!
