The Car Carrier brokers out to other transport carriers. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude and will not give information out on where your vehicle is in transit, although their website promises 24 hour service. Pickup was 4 days late even though I ordered the service in March for a pickup in September. WE had to stay in PA an additional 2 days waiting for the car to be picked up and incurred hotel bills. When the vehicle was finally picked up and I called to find out delivery date, the managers, Tom and Bob, were both very rude on the phone. Tom cussed at my husband and Bob hung up on us twice! I don't believe they ever knew where my car was during transit. The Better Business Bureau in California gives them an "F" rating with over 70 unanswered complaints...all of this nature. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
The company who actually delivered my vehicle was excellent...Roadrunner Auto Transit and I would definitely use that company again.
