Overall a great experience!

I have shipped by car twice before, and both times were horrible. The customer service at stateway auto transport was excellent and by far was much higher than expected. My initial booking agent- Eric responded to all of my questions and emails very promptly and was kind enough to check over my order to make sure I had listed all of my specific requirements which also included dropping off my car with my roommate since I wasn't going to be down in florida by the estimated delivery date. The truck driver was also very good at keeping in contact with me. He called me on the initial pick up date to let me know what his status was. Even though he was one day late, he still got my car to me earlier than we had discussed! And updated me twice during the 4 day transport. He also met me very close to my apartment complex even though I lived in a really busy area (whereas in the past, other drivers have made me meet them at locations upto 2 miles away- very inconvenient especially when you don't have transportation!)

I would completely recommend using stateway auto transport to anyone who has never shipped their car before. There are some bad companies out there so its important to not base your decision off of price only. I used stateway auto transport because there were so many good reviews and have been 5 stars for the past few years. Their pricing is also very competitive to the other transporters out there.
