Stateway fixed another company's failure

During my selection process, several transporters contacted me with offers of vairous prices. Steve from Stateway personally contacted me on a Sunday to make the arrangements. However, unkown at theat time another company faudulently had maked my file as their customer, listing my car for pickup by two separate companies. Sara from Stateway found this problem, provided me with the contact information which allow me to call the other company and demand the problem fixed. Has Sara not been as thorough, my car potentially would still be in Ohio instead of in Florida. The driver was equally professional. I got the call, as promissed the day before delivery with precise time. This is the second time I have shipped a car and this was far and above the previous experience.
