I shipped a Ford Escape 4WD from Surprise, AZ to Franklin, TN. The vehicle was available on
9-6-12 and it was scheduled for pickup within 24 hours. Picked up on time, but instead of an
open transport , it was placed in an enclosed trailer at no extra charge. Car was delivered to
Franklin, TN on 9-8-12. Still clean with no damage. Driver was very nice and kept in contact with
my family in Franklin.

Overall very good service. I would use Stateway again if needed.
