Silva Transport was great on the phone until a week before my pickup. I could then no longer reach them and they were only accessible via email (occasionally). They gave me a 3 day pickup window which was scheduled just prior to my cross country move. On day 3 of this window they claimed that they're driver cancelled and I was now on "high priority". They never found a driver within the week - I had to fly across country leaving my vehicle stranded - and they had already charged me a $200 deposit. I believe they had no intention of picking up my vehicle. They are in the business of low balling quotes, collecting deposits, and then screwing people.
