I wish there was a rating lower than poor! I called Silva for a transport of my truck- very nice and gave them a$200. deposit - credit card- I called to check the status a couple of days later. they told me no truckers would touch the request because i had other requests out for pick up. I cancelled the other two requests and emailed Silva and told them i cancelled all other requests. No response- I called and left a message- no call back. That we just the beginning!!!! A few days later i called and emailed to cancel my order and requested my refund of $200 minus my cancellation fee as I flew out and drove the truck home. It's like they fell into the Pacific Ocean!!!! No response from my SEVERAL e-mails and no less than 30 phone calls/messages left on their phone!!!! NO RESPONSE!!

I finally called the Better Business B in their area- California. I live in NY. I completed the complaint form a few days ago and what do you know- ? today, i have the $135. credit back to my account!
STAY AWAY from these crooks. I'm sure If they respond to this, they will have an excuse; This is the first time i have complained in writing in my life. They will try the patience of the most patient person!!! Oh did I mention; STAY AWAY FROM SILVA- - PAY A FEW HUNDRED MORE BUCKS!
