Most Unprofessional Company Ever!

I must inform you that our experience with Secure Auto Transport has been a complete nightmare from the beginning. The depth of ineptness began with the inability of your sales person to properly identify our vehicle as an SUV even after providing him with the Make, Model, Year and VIN number. Apparently this glitch led to the failure of our vehicle being placed on the board for carrier pick-up.

To make a long story short we have bent over backwards to work with your organization only to find that your promises are worthless and your customer support or lack of is worse. We have never in our lives had to deal with such an unprofessional organization and hopefully will never have to again.

We fully expect the 300$ deposit to be credited back to our credit card you have on file within the next 7 business days. Should you fail to complete this request we will be forced to file a claim in the small claims court in addition to contacting the Better Business Bureau to inform them about your firm’s ineptness and lack of professionalism.
