I would like to say this is the worst company I have come across. My sales guy never said nor is it in the contract that there is a 48hr window for pickup. Now as the pick up date has now been passed 72 hrs, and there has been NO effort to find out why my car was never picked up. Of course today, the customer service person reiterated the 48 hr window, and I had to explain to her, 48 hrs is 2 days, not 3. Hard to serve customers if you can do math. My sales person, Leo Cruz is the most unprofessional weasel of a sales person I have come across. I called him to check on it on the 12th, he said he would call me right back, and never heard back from him again. I called him 30 times, and Miranda, the customer service (HA!) the same amount of times, and no answer and no call back. But when he wanted the signed contract, i heard from him several times everyday. I heard nothing from Miranda in Customer Service today, though she said she was checking on it and would call me back. Truly the only thing that has gone wrong on my move is this company. I gave them all opportunities to correct the issues, and all i got in return was nothing, no call backs, no service, and a truly spineless sleazy salesman that was out only for himself and could care less for customer service.
