I Do Not Recommend SGT Auto Transport

Based on my personal experience, I would counsel users to explore transport options. I will first say that I did receive my vehicle about two weeks after I initiated my request, but my experience was a bit nerve-wracking. There was bait and switch pricing, lack of “generalship” over the transport, delayed responses, and also non-responses, and I was really forced to do all of the heavy lifting of direct communication and logistics with the carrier and the driver. And when I encountered a possible issue after delivery, they went completely radio silent. I’d say that a consumer would be better off finding a more capable and hands-on broker.
