This company is a horror to work with. Everything they told us was a lie. The pick-up was late, the delivery was VERY late & all they do is LIE & tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth. Customer service is a joke. If you call customer service it goes straight to voicemail & no one calls you back. The only extension they answer is the "new reservations" line because they JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! I had to constantly call to see where my car was & they kept promising it would be there the next day. Two weeks later I found out our car wasn’t even halfway across the country yet!! It didn't even leave New York until a WEEK after it was picked up! Since we couldn’t get a straight answer from them about when our car was to be delivered, we were forced to rent a car. We tried to ask for compensation for the car rental fees, but of course they again gave us the runaround. They then informed us that if we tried to withhold any money from the final payment, they would put our car in a terminal AND make us pay for storage! So basically they bully you & hold your car hostage. You are totally at their mercy if you ever want to see your car again. (Did I mention how many times they HUNG UP ON ME when I was trying to get answers about where my car was?!! Nice.)

When we finally did receive our car, my Ipod -- which I had accidentally left it in the console-- was missing as well as some tools my husband had left in the trunk. Not only are they liars, but they are thieves as well. I have put in a call to the Attorney General's office to report this scam of a company. Please heed my warning & DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
