These people were very personable and pleasant on the phone for reservations. Where everything broke down was the actual pickup and delivery. On the day before pickup they leave me a message to tell me the "truck is broken" and the pickup will be delayed but with no alternate pickup day. When I call back, they ask you to leave a message and that you'll be called back - no call back. Finally I get a hold of them and they promise an alternate pick up date. When that date rolls around no call from driver on the promised day. The driver finally calls a day later then refuses to pick up the car at the "door to door" pick up address - too hard to get his "large truck" there - although he is told that numerous large moving trucks (full sized semi big rigs can make it in and out). The driver wants my proxies to drop the car off at a Walmarts - about 6 miles away. The driver tells them a delivery date, well that date is 48 hrs off and when the driver delivers the car the wants a greater amount than is in the contract. The reservationists are making promises that the drivers cannot keep. Don't use these guys, not worth the difference in money as they are unreliable and nearly impossible to contact.
