This company absolutely must be shut down. I have already contacted 2 lawyer friends and am about to contact another lawyer who works at Rockefeller in NYC... "they" are a bunch of liars.. try calling them.. has anyone else noticed how all the girls' voices are the same yet they all go by different names? This has to be a scam.. Tina, natalie, Stephanie, Dawn, Christine... all have the same annoying little voices and make up so much crap every second that you talk to them. I contacted "my driver" who was supposedly booked to get my car since my reservation back in June, yet when I called him on July 16 to see what was up, he gave me a completely different story.. told me Natalie had just contacted him a second before me to see if he would take my car. Pickup was supposed to be July 4, but I had to call and ask if this was in fact true since it was a holiday.. said, oh yea, so I guess it is July 5 then... then after delays.. 100% guaranteed me over the phone that I would have my car picked up Wed, July 18 and delivered by Friday, July 20... from Baltimore, MD to Glenwood Springs, CO!! Is that possible? Then ofcourse the driver tells me HIS story.. his truck won't be fixed until the end of the month.. so I won't have my car until August. Plus, he is not even licensed to drive in Colorado.. umm.. excuse me?? We NEED to get these suckers.. I will find them and get them.. who's in with me?
