Company is a joke. They tell you what you want to hear and provide a low-ball quote so you agree to work with them. Made my Three Day pickup window two months in advance. I flew 2500 miles to ensure the vehicle got loaded properly. They were unable to schedule a transport company until late on the third day of the window. Transport company was unable to pick up vehicle until two days after my pickup window had closed. Nexus increased my quote by $300 because no transport company would accept the original quote. Was stuck in a no-win situation and had to accept the increase. Use this company at your own risk. Definitely would not recommend!
