I booked almost 4 weeks in advance .. car ready on a Tuesday - pick up by Friday as we flew out Saturday.
I called EVERYDAY that week to see who driver was.. they kept telling me, " Yes, we are putting a driver into place .. "
Finally on THURSDAY they tell me " Oh, we're still looking for a Driver who has space on FL to NY run.."
??? They left me hanging - I immediately cancelled the Run ( I am SO grateful I gave them no money ) and I had to make other arrangements to get my car picked up by another company. Truly, and SADLY disappointed by this company.
