I was given a quote over the phone, but once the 3 guys came inside they quoted another $800, then acted like it was so strenuous to move my furniture. One guy stood there and did nothing while the other 2 did all the work. Over the phone I was told my belongings would stay on the same truck and be taken by the same guys all the way to the destination, I quote "unless my guys are sick." But once the guys came to pack they quoted me more and they moaned and groaned the whole time and the one that didnt lift a finger started asking for his guys to get a tip of some kind and he wanted me to pay that extra $800 in cash right then. I asked these guys again were they going to deliver my belongings 2 states over and they informed me that my belongings would get reloaded onto a larger freight and driven by another guy that leaves the state, because they were going back home to Miami, FL. Fast forward to once the truck reached its destination 2 states over, the driver called me on Sunday wanting another $500 before he would walk 6 parking spaces over with my belongings because the truck was too big to fit into my apartment complex. So here it started, I called the original guy Tony and he started yelling at me because I was calling him on a Sunday and to wait till Monday and to deal with the issue myself. So after calling his boss and getting yelled at by every person I talked to, and my boyfriend having to load and move everything himself into my apartment, the movers tried to refuse to re-assemble as promised on location the washer and dryer, entertainment center, etc. So I was on the phone again taking down names, etc. This company is a bunch of liars and rude, rude, rude, and not to forget very lazy. Also lied about being a family owned business for over 20 years. Never again for me.
