Worst moving experience ever. No transparency in the process. They subcontract after we pay deposit and dont take responsibility for anything. Sub contract company doesn't care and Moving on up doesnt respond. Sub contractors information is all bogus and unreliable. Most unprofessional movers. Gave quote for $1500 and increased. Finally paid $1973. Still, packed things without care, damaged soiled and blackened items and both the companies do not take responsibility with proof in hand. Driver has signed in the delivery notice that the furniture's has been damaged. I have pictures taken and sent to the company immediately. Moving on Up and sub contractors escalate the questions we ask to one another and give us no answer. Have been trying to get a proper response since December 2011. Still waiting for a response from the company, very rude, blunt, offensive response and laughed at us when we tried to contact. Very unprofessional, do not recommend to others.
