Beware! Beware! Beware! I have never provided negative feedback before. However, I am compelled to alert others who may be considering the use of this company.

The price you are quoted will not be the price that you pay!!! The scam here is to bait you with a low price. When your moving day comes and the truck is filled, they extort more money from you. You either pay or they unload the truck! For every piece of cardboard, plastic wrap and blanket, you will be charged. None of this is disclosed up front. In fact, here is language lifted from their own website, "Included with your moving quote is professional wrapping and unwrapping of all furniture with moving blankets to prevent dents, nicks and scratches." Those very blankets (that are purportedly included in your quote) are charged at $10 each. By the way, all of the dents, nicks and scratches - those are free!!!

And, should you complain to this sham of a company, you will have the absolute displeasure of speaking to a manager named Haim. It was clear to me in 10 seconds that this guy deals every day with calls from pissed off people. He owns the scam and couldn't wait to tell you that you pay or they unload. He knows that on your moving day, you have no other options.

I suspect that a class-action lawsuit would uncover hundreds if not thousands of unhappy people who have been taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. We only moved one mile; I can only imagine the negative experiences of people who were moving cross-country! I should have read the Transport Reviews before making a decision to use this company!!!
