Spencer Thomas was a very professional courteous and knowledgeable broker. His customer service was outstanding. He would call me or email me within a few hours after I ask questions about anything concerning the transport. I would recommend Mercury to all my friends and relatives. Spencer Thomas was very friendly to me and calmed any anxieties that I had. He went out of his way to explain any questions I had about how the car transport business worked.
