I’m a mom assigned to transport my daughter’s car from FL to MO in a short time span. I shopped the web for top 5 companies. Mercury gave me best experience. Joe Kelly kept in contact with me from the beginning middle and end. He picked up on my concerns as well as my anxiety about the transition. He answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me Mercury was the best. The driver was at my daughter’s location with 3 hours after the pickup date. Very cordial and reassuring delivery in two days. My husband was impressed by the delivery time and quick turnaround. I’m sharing this review because June reached out to me reassuring all transactions were made to my satisfaction. When I spoke with her I had already received documents from Joe Kelly and the driver was on his way to my daughter’s location. When we say team work makes the dream work, mercury delivered. Appreciate the team effort in getting us our 2006 Toyota Corolla home safely. Oh did I mention Mercury also quoted the best rate. This team definitely understood the assignment!
