We attempted on 2 separate occasions to pick-up the vehicles but the customer refused to release them. Our agreement states that we will not refund the deposit if the cancelation was not made 10 days prior to the estimated shipping dates. Furthermore the agreement states that we have the right to refuse the return of the deposit due to a "false pick up" which was done not once but twice. We submitted our position to "his" credit card company and they judged in our favor,
case closed.
