This customer is not telling the entire truth. She forgot to mention that we dispatched her car 3 different times and she rejected 2 of them and the 3rd was canceled due to the heavy winter storm which was beyond our control. Understanding this we gave her a full refund without hesitation but she also made a charge back and attempted to get double her money back. We are now discussing this with the CC company and the charge back will be reversed in our favor.
