                        False, this customers vehicle was dispatched twice.  The first truck was canceled due to a mechanical failure ( not our fault ).  The  customer then offered 100 more,  and we were immediately able to assign it to a second driver and get him on the way for pick up. The customer did not tell us and went ahead and started working with another company at a "lower" rate and canceled with us.  The customer was such a pain in the bottom we gave him a full refund and he did a charge back as well, which was later reversed in our favor.
