Douglas negotiated with Gega and their driver to get my Jeep moving cross country. Two other brokers jerked me around and the carrier never showed! Vakho was pleasant and his truck was really clean! He seemed to take care loading my car and when I arrived a very short four days later it was in perfect condition. I was proactive in getting times of pick up and delivery as well as locations. Both Natalie (at the home office) and Vakho were receptive and it was a relatively painless experience with the help of Douglas. I highly recommend calling Douglas and setting up your transport. I wish someone had guided me to this guy when I started trying to make arrangements over a month ago. Doug got it done in 10 days - pick up to drop off!
