This company told me my car would be here 9am on Monday 3/25/13,it was picked up on 3/21/13 from Alabama but the co-owner said she was giving her guys a couple of days off,which was fine.But Monday 10:30 no car,so I called the drivers cell he said he'd call a half hour before he left ,12:30 he called and said he was coming,then 20 mins.later he called and said he was having a problem with the carrier and today wouldn't be possible and call the office.I spoke to Elena who said she was having trouble with the electronics on the carrier and I could come to Edison and pick it up but she couldn't re-imburse me any fees because she was already losing money,I believe it was all a line of you know what and I suggest no one use this company because I think this is the norm for them and to H- - with the consumer who will probably only do this once in their life.
