Do not use this company. EZH Inc. owner is Hasha and he is very hard to deal with. He will avoid your calls for weeks and deny his driver did damage even though he had proof in hand. After sending EZH the proof from Horizon Lines inspection reports, EZH inspection reports, 2 sets of photos and quotes for car repair and car rental, EZH still did nothing. His driver did over $2,000 worth of damage to our car plus $200 for car rental. Since this is our only vehicle, it is necessary to have a car to get to work. EZH, Inc. only wants to pay for 1/2 of damages and no car rental. We did not choose EZH, the company we hired was Hawaiian Movers/Eden Relocation. They hired EZH out of a pool of vehicle shipping companies. The whole situation has been a nightmare. Nobody wants to take responsibility and resolve this matter in a timely manner. It has been over 2 months since we've received the car, noticed the damage and yet this is not resolved. Our car is starting to rust and still the insurance adjuster has not been out.
