DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! TONY is horrible. I planned to have my car picked up on a really tight schedule. I cant blame EZH Inc. for the other companies problems (Car Delivery USA) but the problem with EZH Inc. was Tony not being forth coming with very small information such as his idea of what "early morning" means. So that if I needed to schedule another company I could. The other company said that EZH Inc. would do something which they cant speak for EZH Inc. and instead of EZ Inc. assisting me with and saying just find another company he keeps me waiting for hours to hear back to let me know if his company had the ability to pick up my car, I had to call back and Tony then says "oh that's right I remember talking to you earlier with no answer". This was a terrible company for customer service in setting up a pick-up time for my car. There is no customer service available and half the numbers on their website are disconnected. The correct number is 909-628-1394. If things go smoothly then yes they probably are a great company but I wouldn't put my belongings in their hands because they definitely wont attempt to help you with something as little as words. You are better off trying a different company! Oh yes believe me I'm upset with Car Delivery USA so look for their post as well they started the entire mess but EZH Inc. has to take the blame for their part. Oh yea, at the last minute EZH Inc. decided they wouldn't get my car so at 3pm the day of their potential pick-up and two days before I'm leaving the state permanently Tony decides EZH Inc. wont pick up my car!!! Something he could have said sooner. That's the great customer service for you!!! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
