Through various circumstances unrelated to Cascade, I ended up not transporting a vehicle at all. However from my initial contact with Nick at Cascade, subsequent discussions with Jeff and again with Nick I can tell you that these people are helpful, knowledgeable, polite, honest and will take the time to answer your questions. They spent alot of time on the phone with me even though they knew I was not going to transport a vehicle, helping me to identify that I was almost a victim of a scam in purchasing a vehicle.
They helped me confirm that I had been dealing with a suspicious company and situation. If I have the occasion to transport a vehicle in the future, I will call Cascade first. Top notch customer service! Thanks for the help Nick.

Wow thanks for the review Warren I wish I would have been able to work with you... You are a great person to go out of your way to write such a informational and positive review about a couple of recently met individuals. I hope that if you get a legit deal for a new car that you come back to Cascade so we can get things done for you!
