Kim provided a great customer service experience. She was very knowledgeable of all the shipping information and requirements. Kim also advised me on how to ship/send my personal belongings to Hawaii since this is the first time I've moved out of state. I would definitely recommend this service, relatively lower cost than other carriers too.
