After a long time searching for the right carrier to transport my car, I decided to go with Cascade because it was highly rated.

CONS: They gave me a quote for $800 after a $50 rebate but I ended up paying $950 - paid $275 to Cascade and paid $675 to the driver. I would've preferred if someone from Cascade couldve told me about it beforehand. I had to call Cascade to inquire about this and someone (not Kim nor Tom) told me that this happens all the time. Paying an extra $100 was still ok with me though since my car got delivered quickly and safely.

PROS: They have great customer service, and my inquiries via email were answered within the day. I placed my order and within two days, I got a call from Cascade and from the truck driver that my car could be picked up the same day, which was great for me. My car was delivered within 6 days from New Jersey to Las Vegas without a scratch. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the service, and would definitely use them for my future auto transport needs.

Ivory, Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm sorry about the miscommunication about the price, we were talking through email about everything and I was sure I put it in an email. I'm sorry if you didn't see that. Email was your preferred way of communication, and I"m sorry if it slipped through but I'm pretty sure I told you about the increase.
