Through various circumstances unrelated to Cascade, I ended up not transporting a vehicle at all. However from my initial contact with Nick at Cascade, subsequent discussions with Jeff and again with Nick I can tell you that these people are helpful, knowledgeable, polite, honest and will take the time to answer your questions. They spent alot of time on the phone with me even though they knew I was not going to transport a vehicle, helping me to identify that I was almost a victim of a scam in purchasing a vehicle. They helped me confirm that I had been dealing with a suspicious company and situation. If I have the occasion to transport a vehicle in the future, I will call Cascade first.
