This was the second car we shipped with Cascade. The first was to my son at West Point. Everything went off as planned and the car was delivered on time and in the same condition that it left in.

This shipment was for my daughter and the car left on Friday and was actually delivered one day early on Sunday. Again the car was delivered in the same condition as it was shipped. Vic did a great job and actually called us during the trip to let us know where he was during the drive.

Brandi called the day before pick up and also the day the car was picked up so that we knew what was going on. She is great to work with and highly recommend Cascade.

Cascade is not the cheapest as their brokerage fees are higher than some other companies but the peace of mind is worth the additional money. I did not have to worry about the car getting picked up or when it might get delivered.
