I tried to use another (cheaper) service and got a total run-around. There were stories of broken cell phones/storms/delays/ and total BS. Finally, the other service stopped calling me back after 10 days of delays and a $200 charge on my card - which is currently being disputed......

Malia and Cascade saved my behind! The vehicle HAD to be shipped by a certain day. Malia told me flat out exactly what was going on, how long it would take, and what the next steps were. She called me exactly when she said she would and got everything organized on the ground for shipping. WHAT A RELIEF! Her honesty and knowledge were so appreciated.

MALIA 360-853-2806 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH CASCADE!! Aime, I'm just doing my job and love every minute of it. My customers are so important to me and I do the best I can to make each and every customer happy. Glad we could get that 85 Vanagon on a truck and out to California ASAP.
