I was very satisfied with dealing with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Rebecca Ruppell the lady that set this all up was very courteous and professional, keeping me informed during the whole process from start to finish. She also met the quoted price she gave for the shipment. Driver showed up on date and time that he was scheduled, he called at least an hour prior to arriving, and questioned if I had any trees that might scratch cars he already had on his truck. he was very courteous neat looking, and very professional during the loading of my vehicle. He told me the time he would have it delivered to drop-off location, and was early delivering it. He called the people the day before his arrival to insure they would be there and verify the address. They told me he was very professional during delivery. If I have another vehicle to be shipped I will use this company. I will also recommend to all my military friends who need a vehicle shipped to use Cascade.
