This was the biggest move we've ever experienced and Kate helped to make the process go as smooth as possible: 1) The price was right, and 2) The true test of good customer service is not just perfect delivery, but more importantly, how difficulties that arise are handled. Despite a couple of bumps we encountered that was out of anyone's control, Kate handled it all in a professional manner and honored her word to the very end of the transaction. Thanks, Kate!
