The Good: Malia was very helpful in giving information about the process. Everything was broken down well and the pickup went smoothly.

The Bad (All involving the DRIVER and not the call center): Late. Registration was stolen from back window because driver did not lock car. Full tank of gas on pick-up was gone on arrival.

Assuming that the company did not have any part in hiring the driver, I recommend them wholeheartedly.
