Jake was very helpful and professional in arranging for my vehicle trnsport. He provided me with quick service. It only took two days from my initial contact with Jake for my vehicle to be pick ed up and transported across country from northern Idaho to North Carolina. As I understood it north Idaho is not a prime location for vehicle transport and I had been forwarned that it might take time to locate and secure a carrier.

Thanks to Jake he was able to locate a carrier very quickly which enabled the vehicle to be delivered within the time frame I was hoping for. There were a few problems that occured with the driver and the transport company. Jake was right on top of it , and acted quickly on my behalf to help resolve those matters to the best of his ability.

Jake is a credit to Cascade Shipping; and I will most definitly seek out his services again next time I need transport assistance.
