Driver ended up delivering late but Jake was on them like white on rice. Jake was very professional and was extreamly accomidating, especially helping my wife deal with the late driver. Stuff hapends. I understand that but professionalism and willingness to be transparent with the customer puts cascade at the top of the list. Would definately use again.
