Horrible Service and Horrible Companies Never Use them again

With the process of relocating from NYC to Texas my husband and I searched the internet for a reliable committed rated A company that were not to exspensive to transport our vehicles.
Our representative Liz emailed us a quote for two vehicles to be transported at $1500 but we were only able to commit in transporting only one vehicle at the cost of $850. Liz, emailed us the contract to sign via-electronic service and charged us a fee of $150 to process the contract. Never in our conversations nor emails exchange did Liz mention to us that CarMoversUSA were actual BROKERS not TRANSPORTER as they claim to be! They subcontracted my contract to an unknown company "Unique Auto Transport". My vehicle was schedule to be picked up June 12th, 2007 and delivered within 3-5 business days upon pick up date. The vehicle was picked up by Unique Auto Transport on June 12, 2007, late evening. On June 27th, 2007 I called CarMoversUSA to report that my vehicle had not been delivered yet. I had hired CarMoversUSA because I was going to start a new job in Texas and needed my vehicle for transportation plus Liz promised that there service are rate A and if they did not comply with there contract a full refund will apply. Liz was no longer with the CarMovers USA when I called so I spoke to Anthony who claimed to be a supervisor who was rude and very unprofessional. It has been a total of 4 months now and Unique Auto Transport has not delivered my vehicle. According to the own of Unique Auto Transport Mike/Frank stated that his truck driver had an accident and my car substained damages. They first said the vehicle was in Virgina which it was not because we filed a police report and found that a ticket was given to my vehicle in Brooklyn on July. My car was found in an Auto Shop owned by Mike's Father in law. Now, October 2nd, 2007 according to Mike he hired another company Unknown by my knowledge and states that my car will be delivered in 3 business days from October 1st, 2007. Still waiting to see my vehicle in my driveway! Horrible, Unprofessional Service. All three companies should be taken off the internet and off the market!
