I spoke to Ivan on Tuesday, August 07 and explained I had 2 vehicles to be picked up that my husband and I were leaving the state on 8/17/12 and both vehicles needed to be picked up. I asked about shipping one the first week and another on the 16th and was told that would be no problem. He took my $300 (and the unknown fee of $4.95 per card for credit card fee that on the form states you know of the fee) He charged the card and then sent the fax, saying that I knew about the charge (which is a lie.) That is the last I heard from Ivan. I had all my wisdom teeth out last week, so couldn't be on top of this that apparently I need to be. I called yesterday and spoke to a female that said she would call me back yesterday. That didn't happen. I have emailed them and left voicemail on Mark the sales manager and neither of those have been returned. It is now Tuesday, so I called again. The rude lady, and I say that because she hung up on me in the end, came back and said he thinks he can pick it up by the the 16th. I asked thinks or knows. I said either of those dates are fine. She stated that she would call me back this afternoon. I asked if she meant it seeing that she said that yesterday and failed to and that I have left voicemails and sent emails with no response. She whined you don't understood we are busy. I said you don't understood, we aren't going to be in this state after the 16th, so if you are unable to get a truck, this should have already been told to me and that I would need to know today to make arrangements with somebody. I again asked if I would be called and she said yes and hung up the phone as I was asking something. Even if they manage to pick up my vehicles I am unimpressed with the customer service. If Ivan can't do what he says they can, he needs to keep his mouth quiet and not worry about his commission. Moving is a stressful situation as it is but when you have to deal with companies that don't care, it doesn't help. When somebody puts in a request for a move, it should not take a week to determine if somebody can pick up the vehicles. If they are not able to do it, they should contact you immediately. So I submit this review and get an email from transportreviews saying that Capitol Transport and Logistics told them I wasn't a customer and they removed my review until I provided verification of this. Really sneaky of them to try to get rid of a bad review. So I call and get told they had a possible driver and he fell through. I requested to speak to a manger. I was put on hold for half an hour and then told that the manager would call me back before the end of the day. Guess who didn't call me. I think it is ridiculous that they did this stuff. From top to bottom, a horrible experience. Now I am going to pay a fortune to, if I am lucky that my vehicles get picked up in two days. This company will be lucky if I don't do civil action.
