Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I was told that my car would be picked up today and it had to be today because it needs to be in Colorado before Labor Day and my sister-in-law's wedding is this weekend, to which they confirmed would not be a problem. I have been trying to confirm for the past week that it would indeed be picked up today and have been put on hold three separate times for 30mins, I have been told by 4 different people they would call me back (never happened), I requested to speak to a manager and Jessica acted like she was one, only to find out later she works in accounting.

I am hoping by writing this review they will actually call me back now so I can get my refund back and to warn other potential customers that this company is HORRIBLE. I am going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and speaking with my contacts in transportation to see about their licensing and how I can go about getting it suspended. I will also be filing a legal claim as this has left me in a situation now where I am scrambling to find another company.
