Transportation was cancelled - 90 days STILL NO REFUND!

These guys are crooks. I placed an order prior to buying the car to get everything handled and set up shipping. Purchase didn't go through. Sent Capital Transport a written cancellation request. I kept getting the runaround from these people week in and week out. "Oh the check is in the mail", "Oh I just mailed it off myself", "I will make sure it goes out today". When I call I get placed on hold for 10 minutes at a time. A bunch of BS. Will be 90 days tomorrow and I still don't have my refund. What kind of establishment are they running here? Very, very, very dissatisfied with their service and refund! Will NEVER recommend or use these people ever again!
