Carol Koren was excellent and helped follow thru. Couldn't be happier. The company on the other hand, left me with a little bit of a bitter taste in my mouth. I was quoted a price of $1075.00, and when I called to set up the pick up, the price jumped to $1200.00. I didn't have time to look elsewhere, so I went with it, unhappy. Since the car has been moved, I received quotes of $1000.00 and $1100.00 so I know that the original quote of $1075 wasn't unreasonable. I feel it was entrapment.
Once the process started, everything went well on my end. Pick up was when they said it was, and the man who picked the car up was pleasant, professional, and efficient.
On the other end, the delivery was delayed because the "truck broke down in Oklahoma." When the delivery was announced, the company told my daughter that they couldn't deliver on the day they said and it would be the following day. My daughter complained that it would mean that she would hav eto take another day out of work, so the driver went out of his way, and delivered the car to her door, late in the evening! Much appreciated.
Overall, Carol was great, the pick up man was great, and the driver who delivered the car was outstanding too. The only problem was the company, and the price shift, left me with an unhappy impression.
Would I use this company again? I don't know. It's too bad the people who work for the company have to suffer due to, what I consider, unethical practices.
The car was delivered late by days, but extra effort was put in to get it to my daughter, and the car was delivered in good shape.
One other thing, I filler the car when I shipped it because i wanted my daughter to get the car and be happy, and when she got it, it was empty. I don't know if the shipper removed the gas for safety or what but... I didn't note the milage when it left so it on'y leaves me speculating.
