They give you a quote - but like many transporters that really is not the quote. However, he blatantly lied.He posted my route on the board offering the drivers more than I was willing to pay the the entire trip. What he did was made it impossible for me to get anyone to take the route. He is an awful business man. It is no wonder that company is on the verge of failure yet again. DO NOT BOOK WITH BWT Group.. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.Good luck-
