I was looking to have my Porsche GT3 transported, requested quotes online and received several quotes from auto trucking companies. Of course, I was first interested in the cheapest of quotes - from Movewheels - which was about $400 less than the others. They sent me an email asking for information to sign up to move my car with them. I sent a reply stating that I would like to review a copy of their contract before I sent them information that might be used to lock me into a fee or give away where my $200K car was located (who knows these days about what scams are out there??) I got a mail back from Movewheels saying they would send me the contract to review once I sent them the information they had asked for. I replied that I was not going to send any information to them until I had thoroughly reviewed their contract and that I had received contracts from two other auto transport companies with no problem at all. Since they didn't want to work with me, I told them that I would not be considering they services - thank you very much. Customer Support at Movewheels replied back to me asking" Do you have high blood pressure?" What?? My request to review their contract before I committed to it did not deserve the rudeness or sarcasm I received.I went to the company website and got the name of a supervisor who reviewed the emails and then said, "Sorry." Wow.BE WARY of these guys. If they aren't going to provide you a contract to review prior to your deposit money, they are up to something.
