Autotransporters recently completed brokering an auto transport for me through Kelly’s Auto Transport. This is an e-mail I recently sent to them

I just wanted you to know that:

You were wonderful. Having found your website, I talked with someone on the phone who was cheerful, comfortable and hugely helpful. He made me confident about using your services when I was clueless on the process and how to choose a company trustworthy and able to guide me through a task about which I knew nothing.
You located someone very quickly and guided me through the process from that point forward.
Kelly’s Auto Transport was excellent. They also increased my comfort level with the follow-through and explanation of the process.
I knew the driver was caught in LA traffic and I called Kelly’s to see what his ETA might be, but got the answering service. They were already closed and I knew that, so didn’t leave a message. Nevertheless, they called me back the next morning to see what I might have wanted. Good job on that.
Lane (Sp?), our driver, was terrific. He called me earlier in the day to let me know he was expecting to be caught in LA and would not make it by the 4:00 p.m. anticipated time. He arrived just fine around 5:00 p.m. We had discussed a logical place to meet and he was right there. Offered to drive me back home. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. My daughter, Lorna, had the same experience with Lane. He arrived when he said he would and did a terrific job.


In conclusion, terrific job everyone! I had no idea what I was doing and you gave me a comfort level I certainly needed. Thank you so very much!
